Appointments
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.

Directions: Post Road/White Plains Road and Heathcote Road come to a "V" at the traffic light (across from the Scarsdale Fire Department). Take Heathcote Road (several hundred feet) to the Scarsdale Congregational Church (there will be a large red church sign and 4 large white columns in front of the church). Enter along the SIDE of the church and proceed to the back parking lot.
